Signature Confirmation: This option requires a signature when delivery is made. If no one is available to sign for shipment, you will have to pick up at Post office. Should you not select this option, you are acknowledging liability if delivery is documented by the USPS but you did not receive shipment. We have never lost A shipment yet.
Lost Shipments: USPS Priority Mail shipments are not considered lost by our postal service until thirty days from mailing. The procedure for filing a lost claim for these shipments is: Notify World Wide Knives after two weeks of your shipment mailing. We will contact our local post office to determine if any information can be obtained about your shipment. If you still have not received your shipment at thirty daysWorld Wide Knives will file a lost claim and paperwork will be sent to you to sign. Once we have the completed signed claim form we can refund or re-ship your order.
